"No". The Buddha replied in the same vein. “Water cools the heat of the fire. It will also quench the fire. ” The disciple began to think again. The Buddha understood that the passion of the disciple was not yet satisfied. The disciple asked again, "Then what power controls the water?" The Buddha replied, “That is the wind. The speed of the wind can change the direction of the water. ”

Now before that disciple could say anything, the Buddha said, “Now you say, that means the wind is so powerful. There is no wind; There is no storm; None of these are very powerful. Man's "psyche" is the most powerful. Because by this force, that earth, that water, that air, and that fire can control all of these. The hardness, the heat, and the coolness that we bring with us can only be controlled by our mental energy. So the psyche is the most powerful of all. Nothing in life can be important without mental strength and determination, so try to develop mental strength within yourself. ” By this, the result of that disciple's intense longing was satisfied.
