Penance

Once an ant named James lived with its family in a small village. There were 45 ants living in the village. All have kept food for the future but its family didn’t have any food to eat. Finally, James decided to go to the city for food where human lives. 

One day James went to a science research laboratory in search of food. There were so many types of antidotes. James`s mother told that “she was hungry. Badly need food. But very careful. Humans are very dangerous.” 

After much effort at last Ant climbed the table. It came to know that there were some sweet items on the table. James smelt that sweet item immediately. Suddenly James became larger and larger. It was due to the reaction of the antidote. Though it became large in size, its body needs much food due to hungry. That’s why he became angry. He was wondered for its large size body. Due to hungry it tried to go outside for food. But James couldn’t go outside. It started crying. His mother saw its furious condition. Mother ant gave advice to James that always thinks before doing anything. Stealing is bad practice. Always do work hard and preserve necessary items for the future. But you always live without work. 

James listened carefully but cried for its present situation. Meanwhile, someone sprinkled liquid on a large body of James. It came back to its original size. They saw a man with a bottle in that room James and his mother were surprised. James felt very happy and left that room as soon as possible with mother ant. Finally, James said to mother- “Maa! I never hurry further in any situation and will try to face every situation. “ 

Mother ant laughed and both left the place for searching for food.
