She could look like any human being she wants as per as jay.

 He is also a snake who could change his appearance just like Bani. They both are special snakes.

Veer is an eagle who can become human and eagle whenever he wants.

Bani loves jay. But jay is trying to kill her to take her powers. Veer also loves Bani. But bani didn't love him.
