All my time and energy went on figuring out what is the best scope and decision for me. I left my job as I wanted more time to concentrate on my startup. But this made the condition worst. Taking some time out- My initial was that I was constantly thinking and worrying. So, I decided to take some time out from my plans and relax. I assigned myself 30 minutes of relaxation time where I would meditate, listen to music, or do things that I love and enjoy. Tried to control my caffeine intake. This is mainly because a high level of caffeine in the body can lead to stress which can make me more anxious. Maintaining a positive attitude accepting that I cannot control everything and it is sometimes okay to not know what is in the future. Took medical help. My doctor suggested me to use it once a day.
