Munna The Loterry Wala !

It was a busy monday morning. Hustle bustle was evidently seen. People were decked up all set to go back to work, witnessing all this commotion was a little seven-year-old boy. His clothes wear Toren and old, his face looked tired and gloomy and around his neck and hands he had many lottery tickets. He tried selling his lottery tickets to strangers but alas! it seemed as though God was testing him. A tired, hungry and frustrated Munna couldn't do anything but to cry on his unfortunate condition. 

Time flied by. All the efforts made by Munna went in vain. As nighttime approached, the disappointment on Munna's face was quite evident as he clearly made no sales. He sat there, hoping for some magic to occur, but all day brought to him was disappointment. Munna returned back to the footpath. He sat down on a torn and dirty chadar and let out a sigh. " Looks like there is no food for me today " said Munna to himself. "Could this day get any worse!" he yelled. "All these efforts I make, and this is what I get after toiling all day long " he cried. Raged by his inability to fix this issue, he took a card violently and began to scratch it. The number was not that of the winning one. He did it again and again. After 2 - 3 tries, he still was unsuccessful. Angered by this, he threw the card and let out a deep sigh to calm himself down. He looked down and saw one more lottery card detached. "4 th is a luck charm, maybe " he thought as he took the card and scratched it." 2,3,4,6,7 ...wow 8 and 8, ah! there should be three 8 's. Never mind, better luck next time " he said as a sad smile crept on his face 

He kept that lottery safely, as that was the closest, he had ever gone to winning. Although he did not win, he was still proud of making it this close. He slowly made his way to bed and went to his dreamland. Little did he know that he made a slight mistake in interpreting the lottery number, it actually was 23467888. The millionaire had no idea himself! Well, turns out that the second day of the week, might also be a luck charm for Munna.
