LIFT YOUR HEAD

One day God called all the animals and asked them to big hole if they wanted to collect the rainwater for drinking.

All the animals came together and dug a big hole in the ground to collect the rainwater.

But the lazy hen, who continued to play with her chick, did not come forward to help.

When it rained heavily, it filled the large hole with rainwater.

All the animals came and drank the water from it. 

The hen was now ashamed to drink the rainwater from the large hole because she had not helped in digging it.

So she went to god and asked Him to give her little water to drink.

God said I shall give you little water to drink but each time you drink lift your head to show me the amount of water you drink.

The hen agreed to do so.

So from that day onwards, we see that the hen lifts her head, shows the water to god whenever she drinks it
