Injuries

Some injuries though physical, when inflicted upon an individual, persists for an entire lifetime. It deprives many of their childhood, teenage lives, countless precious moments are lost just to forget those incidents. Our society gives an insight to what atrocities girls face in their individual lives, the sufferings they endure from the society which is predominantly male and none bothers to care for or understand a girl. Very few are lucky to have their lovers beside them who being a male person understands what she has been through, the pain she had to endure in her conflicting past, just thinking about it brings tears in his eyes and shatters his very being. "Some injuries may heal with time, but memories don't fade away and persists/haunts people for eternity."

Life is the path, here and now. Be aware of your path, you don't know where it may lead but not knowing where you're going is what inspires you to travel it. For all of us, our lessons are our pain and eventually our own pain brings about our happiness. All that arises will soon pass, all that has passed will be replaced by something else that arises. The only thing that is real about your own life is each move you are making at this very moment, that’s all there ever is. Wherever you are in life, just be present there, be engaged with what you are doing in the here and now. Flow with whatever may happen and let yourself be free, stay centered by accepting things as they are, let all things take their course. It is only when you are completely vulnerable, that you can be completely strong, just like water that can flow past anything in its path.
Confine yourself to this moment, and make the best of it. While some people take action without thinking, others think without taking action. Make a choice and stand by it until you have seen clearly where it may lead. We make choices according to the circumstances and path we meet on the mountain of life. Handle what is in front of you now and the future will take care of itself, otherwise you'll spend most of your life wondering what you will do tomorrow while you are still not living for today. Let go and go with the flow. All things happen in their own time, life unfolds simply in the here and now. You can do absolutely nothing about the past, and you never know what the future will bring, all you can do is live for this moment. At times our thoughts are positive and other times our thoughts are negative, it's only natural, like the passing weather. Every thought comes and goes, maybe because of the changes of life, the seasons in cycle or the situations and circumstances that surround us. Action always happens in the present, because it is an expression of the body, which can only happen in the here and now. 

From the sun there are rays of light, Shining through these distant shores,
Night wraps us in our twilight,
And darkness leads us to the stars. The seasons brought us together, Entwined by the wind and the fire, Our inner light shining forever,
An ageless beauty within our desires. Our fire could not be tamed with the wind,
And the wind couldn't be suppressed by the flames,
As the connection of the light with the dark that blend,
Led to a light that would forever remain.
Everyday that it takes to feel alive,
Believing in our hearts that there is a way,
All we need is to shine from the inside,
And embrace the meaning of our living grace.
Our souls move as the breeze,
A strong current in rapture of the waves,
We make our way through boundless space,
And fly far away from this place.
Purifying in the celestial air,
inhale the earth of these limpid regions,
nourish the presence in all that we care.
In bloom with the changing seasons.
It is when beauty arrives,
to wake us up and come alive,
guide our eyes to the sky,
to look within and we will shine. Keep the flame of hope burning bright,
to see our inner light come to life,
and then the winds blow and we begin to breathe,
to hold that moment that never leaves.
Seek the beauty within the world,
Grasp the life we hold deep inside,
Embrace everything from our soul,
Until we reflect the light from our eyes.
Life is the light by which our spirit’s born,
As waves dissolve upon these shores,
Up towards the sky with light in our eyes,
Dreaming away as these thoughts arise.
Calling for peace and harmony, Within ourselves a love to see,
With depths that remain in our hearts,
An eternal sunshine that never parts.
