If the Earth Could Speak!

If the Earth could speak right now. It would say " Thank you" to everyone.

Yes, that is exactly what our Mother Earth would be saying to us. The pandemic is a reminder to all of us of how badly we abuse nature and misuse the resources we have been given so abundantly and selflessly by Mother Nature. The Earth will survive if we let it survive.

This time might be tough on all of us and we do not want to hear any more dull things about how this lockdown in the Corona Virus pandemic is affecting all of us. All we did all along since the time of inhabiting the Earth is just take, take, take and take and we were still taking, until the Earth said, "Thats Enough", "I have had Enough!". And Mother Earth just jumped into, 'Survival mode'.

Whilst you stay at home cribbing about things you could have done if you could be outside, just ponder for some time that you are doing yourself and nature a favour by being indoors in your homes. I'm not sure if you would agree with me, but my take on this is that we are indeed doing ourselves a favour by staying home and indoors. Just as you, as human beings have to have your eight hours of sleep to rejuvenate from your long, tiring 9 to 5 jobs, tiring commutes, maddening traffic jams, constant honking, sitting in one place with no breaks, so on and so forth, did you realise our Earth has worked tirelessly for 24/7 for 365 days and God knows how many centuries to sustain and provide everything for your sustenance. Just as you deserve a vacation, doesn't Mother Earth deserve a Vacation too?

Just imagine what Mother Nature gives us, as her children to be alive and survive and what did we give in return - Air pollution, Water pollution, Noise Pollution, Cutting trees to build concrete jungles, the list is endless.

So, look at it this way, as you stayed home, Mother Earth got her much needed rejuvenating break and upon returning from her much deserved Vacation, Mother Earth will give back to you clear skies, clean and fresh air to breathe, clean water. and a much healthier environment for you to enjoy and cherish.

Appreciate Mother nature, our Mother Earth for everything she's given for you to enjoy. Do not exploit Mother nature, Our Mother Earth has and will offer herself to you asking nothing in return but Love and Care. Would we as her children give her what she deserves?
