There was once an aggressive Dhundho who used to trouble children in the kingdom of Prithu

She was chased away by the children on the day of Holi.

That is why children are allowed to play pranks at the time of Holi Dahan.

Some also celebrate the death of Evil minded boothana  who tried to kill Lord Krishna as an infant feeding its poison of milk while executing the plan of Kamsa Krishna's devil uncle

How ever, Krishna sucked. her blood and brought her end.
