A few days ago the South Indian movie 'jai bhim' slapped over the system of discrimination and told a truth of violation of human rights of indigenous tribes and this regional film earns appreciation and confront the huge budget making bollywood films. But this not only film which told truth and comes in limelight, the Nagraj manjule's Marathi movie 'fandry' and Dhanush starrer tamil films 'asuran' and 'karnan' also tells truth behind classified society and class hierarchy which still not end for particular classes even after enjoying reservation over a seven decades.

This same harsh reality is parallel to the denotified tribes community of Maharashtra from colonial era were British wanted to extend railway networks throughout forest for trade where british confronting tribes to make control over the forest which results British passed criminal tribes act in 1871 and overnight particular 197 tribal community who fought against British for forest declared as criminal tribes and unlawfully detained them in jails and killing several rebellions this continues over period of time for 'jal jungle jamin' . even after independence in 1947 no one cares about this tribes, until 31 August 1952 on this day prime minister Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru ordered to demolished fences of prison and release this tribes from all over India and calls him 'vishesh mukt' (vimukt) tribes and order states to make special reservation and provisions for their development but reservation not affect thier life and standard.

The books like 'upara' by laxman mane, 'uchlya', 'vadar vedana' by laxman gaikwad, 'zoli' by kalidas shinde described the truth of social and financial status of this depressed tribal classes. These books shows mirror of society where discrimination is common treating them like 'jabya' in fandry movie. After many years still Denotified tribes have lived under the tag of habitual offender after any crime police officials primarily searching their locations doubtfully while other states like Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh provides protection of atrocities act.

In the absence of common documents, illiteracy, no income sources, no lands makes them more depressed in society and Maharashtra government add new land holders and educated classes in their reservation which results makes them more vulnerable in society while other states provide them protection of atrocities. Now we need to change our perspective towards this discrimination.
