Confrontation with Childhood

Seeing a small girl playing outside my window, I started daydreaming and went back.... long back to my precious days of childhood. I am so lucky to have my bungalow alongside the beach.

It was a sunny Sunday. All the people were enjoying and having fun at the beach. But one girl was sitting in front of my window and was building a sand castle since morning and now it was afternoon. A man came to call her. I think he was her father. He was calling her again and again but she was ignoring. As you know I am an oldie I was helpless.Oh no! The girl started crying. I felt sad for her now. Like any other child she too showed her stubbornness and ran to a corner and sat there.

Most of the people were watching her and she became the centre of attraction. After seeing the people around she started crying out louder.

The people after sometime got engaged with their enjoyment. When she saw that no one is watching her anymore she ran to her parents and hugged them by hiding her face.

They took her to a hotel nearby and offered her some noodles and the family left the beach happily together.

As it was my time to sleep I shut my eyes and started swinging on my favourite chair.
