Amma's Dosa
Once upon a time, there was a lady called "Amma". She was a very famous dosa seller her shop was situated right at the center of the village with the first day of the dawn, Amma used to open her shop and customers also used gather there. All the customers used to praise her by saying that her doses were amazing, wonderful and they also used to comment here by saying that only God knows how can you make a search for delicious dosa. Amma used to get very happy after hearing praise of dosa from her customers most of the customers use to come in the morning to eat the dosa is the breakfast. Amma was very polite with her customers she used to make them sit properly and used to talk to them, time passed and with time Amma's shop also started growing big. Now Amma kept to more ladies for her help. Now Amma used to sit at the money counter and talk to customers. One of Amma's helpers was Veena. Veena was always eyeing Amma's money. She used to say to her co-worker that we always work in the kitchen and see Amma setting near the money counter counting money. Her co-worker used to say that her income because from so many years she had been working hard and we are also getting our wages then an idea popped into Vienna's mind to open her own shop and she kept on thinking for several days then she finally opened her shop and named it Veena dosa shop cost of Amma dosa was rupees 10 so she decided to keep the price of dosa rupees 8 so that she can earn money more quickly and also she succeeded in it. Seeing less price all the customers were coming to Vienna's shop soon she was in profit but soon her success become the reason of her arrogance, sometimes she used to shout on customers. One day she thought to open the shop at 7:30 a.m. on that day seeing all the customers waiting to open the shop Amma decided to put the price of her dosa down so she also kept the price of her dosa rupees 8 seeing it customers were happy because now they were getting the best seeing that, Veena now was filled with guilt and jealousy but that didn't help her because she had already missed everything.
The moral of the story- Pride makes humans down.
