A Secret Flight

“Lisa reporting,” said Lisa 

“Cane reporting,” said Cane 

“Let’s meet on our take-off point,” said Lisa in a businesslike voice

The take-off point was dark and dump. Which made Cane sneeze “acchhhuuuuu” in a voice that would wake the dead. 

“Wasn’t there any other place on earth to choose as our take off point?” said Cane rubbing her nose.

Lisa threw her a dirty look. Cane fell silent. Lisa turned back into a focused mood and gripped the handles tight. 

"Ready for the flight " said Lisa throwing her urban teal hair back

“Ready captain!” said Cane throwing her mermaid teal hair 

Their take off was very smooth and they were soon in the air, tearing the clouds apart. In the middle of the air the engine groaned.

Thud, thud,thud,thud,thud. Suddenly the engine blasted and a terrific voice came out,

“What are you two doing down under the bed? Come out dinner’s ready ” commanded their mother.
