We’re dangling precariously,

Thousands of feet above the rest of the world.

Defying all odds.

The only thing keeping us up there is US

But us is a force to reckon with.

You hold me tight

But then let me go,

Because that’s the only way I can fly

And when I’m done,

I know you’ll catch me.

I stop you from falling,

Keep you safe…

But when it’s time to let go I do.

And I’m never far behind.

And I always catch you.

We’re up there, soaring,

Knowing that if we fall,

We fall together.
