Transgender Equality
Transgender Equality
The spark of creation proclaims itself,
Concealed inside a gloomy delf.
An artist's touch has a spell of bliss,
Wrapped in hues of an ardent kiss.
Every form that creeps on the earth,
Strolled inside with the face of birth.
Gender cleaves all animal forms,
To raise them up with social norms.
We tend to see in a beacon of grace,
Every form has a smiling face.
But in this race of social norms,
We tend to ignore the rarest form.
Yes, the transgenders to be straight,
We blame them and their lousy fate.
Hardly have we ever thought,
How do they deal with this social blot?
We cage them aloof in separate blocks,
Far away from regular knocks.
We sympathise and show them grace,
But throw them out from every race.
In mundane tasks we often ignore,
They too possess a talent door.
If ever we pull them close,
They too can bloom as a healthy rose.
They have hearts, they have brains,
They too can feel the joy and pain.
They can write, sing and dance,
All they need is just one chance.
Let them breathe in a blissful air,
Let them cherish their earthly share.
They too can bring a drastic change,
Through each lane in every range.
They are humans, let them live,
They have dreams, let them weave.
Break each wall that blocks their way,
Let them witness a brand new day.
