To My Guardian Angels..

You were there for my first breath,

I was there for your last,

The time we spent together,

Went by, too quick....too fast!!

The Heavens took you away from me,

In a blink of an eye,

My strength, My faith, My mother,

Is now a shining star in the sky.

You were gone Maa and Paa was left, 

To struggle alone through his life.

The pain struck me even more,

Watching him lonely, without his beloved wife.

Then came along in not much time,

More horrible and sad news.

Dad was sick and same as you,

He was going to leave me too.

It stayed with him for a while,

Eventually making him quite sick.

Then came the dreadful day when he said goodbye,

As his heart could no longer tick.

Exactly two years since I said goodbye to you,

Had to say goodbye to him too.

I wish it was a dream and I could wake up,

But, this nightmare was horribly true!!

And so....I continue, each day different to the next,

The pain still so real and sore.

Still trying to accept and understand,

Why did this happen to me for???

I now sit and pray, trying to picture you two,

Hoping that you both are together.

Suffering from your illnesses was not meant for you,

You're up in Heaven for better.

Until it's time we meet again,

Please keep watching over me.

Help me continue through this life,

And give me the direction that I can see.

Maa and Paa you're now away,

I still love you and miss you each day. 

You both to me will always be, as precious as a pearl...
