The Silent Care

The Silent Care

A tree had a leaf,

With whom the tree had no relief...

The tree wished it to shed,

But was afraid, the leaf would feel bad...

The leaf understood the wish of the tree,

Said the leaf to itself, "I'll break the bond, set it free"

Thought the leaf, "What shall I say?"

"I'll blame the wind, for that is an easy way"

And so, one day it fell off on its own,

"It's the wind" the leaf assured the tree, making real reason unknown...

Thus the leaf and the tree separated,

For it was the tree's happiness, the leaf always wanted...
