The Moon Talking

There's this guy, I'm in love with;

They call him as 'The incredible Earth'.

I chase him with love, every day & night,

But he never had time to care about!

Because he is in love with the Bright young Sun,

So he chase her around in 365 days run.

He always thinks that sun brightens up his day,

But he never noticed I wasn't far far away..

To soothe him all night,

And pour him some light,

Even though I don't own any of it!

Every night I bring him million smiling stars,

But next morning, he falls for sun's rays.

Showered my love for a long long while,

And I never failed to fake a smile.

Mighty oceans filled with my tears,

And I hide behind cloud curtains..

I don't want to show my pain,

So you guys think it's only a rain.

When you call your girl by my name,

I wonder, whether she's gonna feel the same?!

I'm waiting in this bright white gown,

With these twinkling stars in my lawn,

Hoping that someday, he will be the man..

To stand by my side in the aisle,

Hold my hand and give blue green smile;

Look into my eyes;

Saying the vows,

"You are my Moon;

My one and only One"
