The Left Turn!!

So there came a left turn

Which was just the beginning of fun

Aah! It was surely a big surprise

Better don't ask what was the prize

It actually didn't take a lot of time

Words automatically fell into rhyme

The boy was happy and the girl maybe

But together at the moment, certainly was she

The day arrived and the clock struck eight

Increasing definitely was the expectations' weight

The boy wondered whether it's worth

How much joy was there to unearth?

And then there came an obstruction

Outta nowhere, it appeared in the junction

Some doubts crossed the mind of girl

So many thoughts going through the whirl

Still the boy made it almost in time

And began a journey to one beautiful dine

The surprise was still there waiting

The whole journey had been damn exciting

Everything just fell perfectly into places

Smile shone brightly on their faces

Oh! The left turn certainly led to a lot of fun

Maybe because it was the one which wasn't taken!!!!
