The Kid In Me
The Kid In Me
Rolling on the ground and walking leisurely around,
Talking for hours and stretching beyond bound,
Climbing up on trees and then falling background,
Felt the heartbreak and weeping after a breakdown,
As dreams getting shattered and then calming down,
Plunged into the friend's arms and wondering what I found,
Perching of birds, playing with marbles and listening to that sound,
The kid in me always search this upside down,
Like the boomerang, I want to go back downtown.
