Sports for honour and sports for fun 

 Sports for happiness and sports for life's run, 

Sports are king of mind whose empire spread from Delhi to Lisbon,  and,

Sports has property of pitch, field, ralley and courts,

Say thank you to sports!

Sports have two sons indoor and outdoor, 

Indoor gives intelligence and outdoor makes fit more,

Sports have relationship with mind's core!

So remove the sorrow and play more,

 And, sports are played in slums and resorts,

Say, thank you to sports!

Concentrating carrom and mindful chess,

Alone in javelin and play soccer with mess,

Tennis squashes and cricket shots,

Hockey's barnburners and bowling gripping dots,  and, 

Sports are only things which entertains you lots,

So say thank you to Sports!
