X’, Y’, Z’ are the primes of the same though-

Newtons’ laws are invariant;

Invariant in any other inertial frames of reference.

But Maxwell’s Laws,

Being of one of the most unique;

That is, a charge;

Negative and positive,

They aren’t invariant

As like as the laws of Newton though,

But in Non-inertial

The Pseudo Force acts on the body in the non –inertial frame.
