Seed Of Hope

Seed Of Hope

The weight on my body,

What about the weight in my mind.

The disgust and hate of ones own mane,

How do I keep sane?

My constant need to hide.

My fears by my side.

My smile diffuses my pain

It's when I'm alone that I let my eyes rain.

The shame,

The tricks and games

I'm the one to blame

No one will ever know,

Of the seeds of negativity that grow.

I'm scared to show what I feel

But I know I want to heal.
