Rewind !!!!

I don't remember the day I was born

from the womb to the world,

As a part of his creation,

just like a priceless Emerald.

 

I can't remember the echoes of the baby's cries,

in the caverns of my mind.

But I like to do a magical spell,

to make the time rewind.

 

Those cherished memories of the past,

hard to believe, it paced too fast.

Without burden, without tension,

just carefree and recreation.

So simple, so innocent,

when we could enjoy, love and laugh.

 

Competing in a retrace,

Running for assets,

Time has transformed me,

into a happy puppet.

 

The present filled with adventures,

Shoulder burdened with responsibilities

Seems am stuck in

a vicious circle of complexities.

 

Gone are those..

Those crazy, curiosity filled days of my life

harder I wish to capture those moments,

truth doesn’t permit

to relieve that lost life.

 

Precious days waited for none,

one blink of eye and the past has gone.

Time moves on

future has no scope to wait,

still want to run back in time

to rediscover the tears, fears and joys....
