Rest In Peace...

Rest In Peace...

“Rest in peace” So many condolences given

With you over there, more delightful would have become the heaven

Indeed you’re the brightest star glimmering in the mundane light of the moon

Your name would be written for eternity in the runes

And yet your existence was never valued when you were alive

If someone holding your hand could’ve told you to “just hang in there, to survive!”

I wonder if you would have still taken this drastic step.

Or you could have been rescued by asking for someone’s help

“Gone too soon” so many say

If only people could truly empathize and mend their ways…

But now you’ve left the mortal world, so what’s the point?

All people do is disappoint

Millions would show regret while few would actually care

Fake is in abundance while real is rare

Some apathetic opportunists would turn your demise into enterprise

Feeding on emotions of the allies, on your death they would capitalize

I wonder what would be your thoughts when from the paradise you would gaze down

Would it be a contended smile or a disheartened frown?
