Rain And Sun

The Sun pierces through the raindrops

Each one on the ground plops

A sound of melody to the ears

That has not changed through the years

After rain comes rainbow

Shining in the sky

Like the stars

In the night sky

The wet roads dry

When the Sun is there in the sky

Nowhere to sit

But now it’s drying bit by bit

The dark clouds come again

And a black line can be seen

The Sun burning again

O rain! Where have you been?

This is a proof

Of a life of sadness and grief

And the hopes can drown

Like the last leaf

But goodness is also there

It can be everywhere

Happy times, oh!
