Political game,

A shameful gain, disgusting vain,

politics was to serve the country

But now is to eat the country.

Politics speaks of the people, by the people

And for the people,

But now says nothing should be left for the people.

Politicians should be men of acts 

But now are just men of words.

Here comes the election time

which means their trickery time 

Visiting the villages and slums,

Sitting and talking to them,

Eating and drinking with them,

Posing so close with them.

A promising development in every field,

As high as could,

Building hopes on hope 

And desires on desire.

But after coming on the rule 

Ignores and forgets them as soon.

 Such are today's politicians

Who plays and nake us fool.

Deceiving the common people 

Have become their rule.

Disgusting are their ways 

Who wear masks on their face 

For different phases and stages.

First exaggerating the riots, 

Then doing dharna's and ansan's ,

To establish peace.

Such are today's politicians

Assuming as live God 

But are demons of the real world.

Where development and progress 

Should be their aim 

But they die to fill their banks

Till their session ends.

Such are today's politicians!
