All the necessities were parked

Time to leave for the tour was here

Final call was made then and there

It was meant to be a welcome break

To bring the theme of life back on track

With those thoughts in mind

Journey started so let's rewind

The car broke somewhere in between

Service man was nowhere to be seen

Though Maps showed a town nearby

Rains came slashing saying them Hi!

After a while, they saw a lumberjack

With lumbars put nicely in a stack

He told them the bridge is broken ahead

Thoughts of moving to town put to bed

No option was left but to stay 

There was just no other way

Meanwhile, a thought came to explore the place

If this is the situation presented, let's just face

To their luck, they found a waterfall

In full flow from the hill which was tall

Aah! What a scenic view it was!

Everyone wanted to feel the grass

Damn! It was definitely not planned

Of course, it was a moment grand!

Just that the problem rose out of nowhere

Had to look around, for a solution too was there

What became a fun outing at the end

Taught a simple life lesson that never to bend!
