My able dog, you inspire me to write.
How I love the way you bounce and run,
Invading my mind day and night,
Always dreaming about the fast critter.
Let me compare you to a merry ride?
You are more loving, bruising and funny.
The sun heats the musing peaches of June,
And summertime has the ransom windy loo.
How do I love you? Let me count the ways.
I love your amusing fur, huge and white.
Thinking of your aghast fills my days.
My love for you is the immense desire to be with you.
Now I must away with a steadfast heart,
Remember my last words whilst we're apart.
