Nowadays

Thinking of what I heard about the old days,

Tried to compare with nowadays.

Starting with nature we got for free,

Soon humans will outnumber the trees.

Development and expansion which looks very great,

Tomorrow will be proportional to what we regret.

Nature is a friend we have to defend,

Without it will be at a dead end.

 

Culture was a thing which dignified a place,

Today all are running in a single race.

All modern civilizations are same in this aspect,

As for their culture they have no respect.

People are judged with money in their pocket,

But there is a world out of this bracket.

 

Concluding this comparison of DAYS,

The world has changed and is changing in many ways.

Changes should be there we all say,

But we should take care of its all might’s and may.

Nature and culture are running out of play,

Without these two, world will become stray;

That’s why I see world’s dark future NOWADAYS.
