My Mother Divine

A Warrior strong lady lives inside,

I hold my pains and create a shield,

Take a deep breath and move forward,

My smile is my armor and power to run,

Every day is a new battle,

Something redone,

My son on my back fight along,

He is still a kid but very strong,

We tend our wounds together we see,

We become each other’s strength,

 Keeping each other's mind free,

Perhaps the only thing I do well,

To fight every battle to raise him high,

All laughter mends my armor,

Loved by him inspires me in sigh,

He is too small but not immature,

What all am doing he never ignores,

He shower's love wholeheartedly,

Always sing a few words so lovingly,

Which relieved the tiredness in me

He says mumma,"I am so lucky"

You gave the gift of life to me,

I thank you for your tender care,

For that warm hugs and always being there,

I hope that when you think of me,

A part of you, you’ll always get to see,

You are remarkable, you are the strength of mine,

O my strong warrior mother divine.
