My Dream On A Screen

My Dream On A Screen

Fighter in the wrong land

Fury in the wrong fist

Turned inwards instead of

To the wild beast.

It never feels good

To be out of place.

Yet there I stood,

Fitting at the edge,but,

Struggling to bridge the corner space.

Can a dog survive the

Luxuries of a den?

How then, does a lion live

With his messed up mane?

Trapped in this land of crisped shirts

And ironed pants-do you even understand my rants?

That leather on my feet

Chewing on it like a hungry beast.

Well,

I live my dream

In the wallpaper of

My desktop screen-

Being at the top of the mountain

Loving how my clothes

Are the designed stain.
