Mouse

As the mouse

Climbed

the electrical wire

first down

then straight

Up the wire

crawling and running

in a hurry

carefully and

Silently

Peeped

and

Walked

Inside

the closet

But not

Knowing

that

there was

nothing inside

As the closet

was new

and mom

wanted

it to be

cleaned

first.
