Mother Earth

It was always a fact that was stunning,

Started with a big bang and there it was hanging

Pretty good old world hung it on nothing

Rotating and revolving, a spectacle outstanding

A gift of abundance of nature, flora and fauna

And survival in the glory of its elegance,

Alas I wish, But is that how it’s gonna be

With humans acting wild being Callous

Let us not do that, for creations should be long-lasting

Let us make a pledge that is everlasting

After all, a thing of beauty is joy for ever

And let’s not regret for any cause whatsoever.
