Fresh aroma after a downpour, one of the pleasing scents we adore.

Rain pattern on the leaves, petrichor one can’t ignore.

 

The smell of mud, the feel of the first rain.

One cloud so black, that’s needed to sustain.

Droplets on leaves, Designs they leave.

Smell of earth so fresh is Petrichor.

Collecting water in bags, tiny balls of hail in hands

Paper boats and rain dance across the lakes

Wearing raincoats and play in the pouring rain.

It cools the ground and rattles on the window pane.

 

Refreshing rains, make the hot mud so awaked,

Like the moments have been baked.

Message of clouds,

That moves across the grounds.

Feel of the first kiss,

No one ever wants to miss.

Smell of pakoras and tea

Bowl of Maggi and beside me is "he"

First love of life, Bite of 1st love life

Taste of the kiss, Cups of coffee and togetherness

 

Rains are growth, they are beginning,

Monsoons are harbinger of a new happening.

They are the gift for which plants are always keen,

Torrents of rain sweep the sidewalks clean.
