Me and Moon

Me and Moon

Moon and I sat next to each other.

Watching each other and letting memories fly like a feather,

I share my loneliness with the moon.

He asks us not to sit with a face of gloom.

I say something with which he's shy,

Sometimes he gets lost in the sky.

Even though he's surrounded by many constellations,

Still, he has many of his own creations.

He shines bright a lot of the time.

But sometimes he too has a bad time, just like me.

He cries, he hides behind the clouds.

And when he smiles, he smiles loudly.

The friendship of the moon and mine is as old as the friendship of winter and cold.

The moon always helps me rise high like the sky.

Just like a true friend, he was always there with me like a shoulder in difficult times.

Like a pillow when I cry.
