LEAVES WITHOUT GREEN

Leaves devoid of chlorophyll,

exiguous green factor they have,

in the absence of which

they cannot feed themselves

yet they have their own means,

they struggle for their nutrition

for their survival, for their existence

but never do they resolve to languorous variety
