Just A Thought

For once I want to go down the memory lane,

Coz a look at this world makes me insane.

People today only aspire of money, power and fame,

But I believe these thoughts are of such a shame.

People today have no feelings for anybody’s pain,

They always use innocents for their own gain.

People today only have time to fulfill their greed,

But no time for the poor to feed.

People today always have other lives’ to gamble,

Still I remember people who were truly humble.

Going down the memory lane was really nostalgic,

But seeing the world today makes me sick.

Once again I want to go down the memory lane,

Coz a look at this world makes me insane.
