I don’t know what next morning will bring me

Neither do I know if I’ll be alive, if not, then

Decorate my grave with my medals

Indeed I had a great time serving my country

As I always wanted to play in the mud of my motherland

Now when I am here, feeling proud

And back at my home

Remembering and missing me

My family cried when I left from home, and will again cry when I’ll be back; but this time, covered with a tri-colored flag.
