I Aspire To

When I was a kid and....

With a brain as small as a pea

I looked up the twinkling stars 

Who shined down at me

With queries of my goals for life 

They questioned me right into my eyes.

As I grew my thoughts wondered....

In the vineyard of choices i wonder what

Must i aspire.......

What must I achieve.....

What is it that drew my interest 

For which I need to deal.

A duty of a doctor drew my interest my interest and I worked hard next to achieve my interest.

As I knew very well that the path had pebbles and boulders ahead.

The white, the honours, the smiles that spread kept me motivated and unshakably strong.

A doctor is what I want to be and that is all I want to be.
