I Am Me

Since a few days, I've lost my sleep

Lying on bed, I got a chance to weep

The taunts hurled at me like missiles

Don't I deserve to breathe for a while?

Feel like a king in tatters,

Lost the prestige and is totally shattered... :(

I shall try to adapt

With all curiosities,my mind stays wrapped

I'll allow things to mend, all with self help

but.. I FEAR!

In the process what if I lose my own self ?

I am ME

"Do this! Don't do that!"

That's what I heard , never witnessed

All together ; now it comes my way

Oh God! I don't wanna be so blessed!

for its felt that I'll become dependant

Confidence is what I lacked

that deficiency was overcomed by a prefix 'OVER' is what they meant..

My life is full of thrill.

My moves are swift

I might speak out..

Might shout aloud..

yes... BUT...

My thoughts are profound..

I weep soft; howsoever penetrating is the wound!

Wanna prevent yourself from a grudge?

Make a promise

Never to judge!

Thought each day hovers over my mind

It's to MYSELF that I remind

Now tryna make hay when the sun shines

Work hard and seek the blessings of the divine

Discover my dream and reach the peak

Overcome obstacles cuz I am not weak..

Run hard and around the world I'll sail

To fulfil my dream without fail

Build a strong will to fight the challenges I face

For anyhow! I am supposed to win the race

Then this world I would certainly chase.

And the fake human would be left amazed..

Would follow my dream till I reach where I wanna BE

CUZ THE WORLD IS TO BE RULED AND THE RULER OUGHT TO BE ME!
