How do you know,

My constant but unintended gaze

My persistent but purposeless presence

My deep ideology but a mental absence

 

How do you know,

Something is brewing within me

Something that is "M" going internally

Something that I am experiencing silently

 

How do you know,

To bring my attention back

To direct my mind and soul

To channelise my energy towards learning

 

How do you know,

What matters to me is your presence, in those dark days

What matters to me is your existence in memorable occasions

What matters to me is your support to accomplish my dreams

 

How do you know,

Despite being a quiet student,

You have a cherished place in my heart.
