I woke up in the morning, the fourth hour of the clock.
Staring at the dark ceiling, for my eyes look like a block.
Turning my sides from left to right,
I can't find my phone to write on this plight.
There comes a call for the prayer today
Thankful am I for another day.
Waiting for the sun to barge in the sky,
To bathe in its fierce rays as summer stands by.
Hoping for a new flame to brighten my day,
To smile at the sky, an inspiration at bay.
I might fall asleep for the lecture ahead,
I may fall to the ground if luck knocks my head.
