Friends- My Life

Headphones on,

fingers entangled in hair, curled

developing a kind of loneliness,

wearing a mask of ignoring the world.

Hiding behind my phones screen,

I know with me something is not fair,

when I act busy sometimes you notice,

n I have seen sometimes you really don't care.

Actually I have got habit of you,

your being always fills me up,

but sometimes I kind of get bored alone,

it feels like this relation made me stuck.

Actually its not good to say I am stuck,

but I really don't know how to express,

I just need your both hands on my shoulder,

thats kind of enough to heel all stress.

we were just college mates,

slowly became brothers from all end,

if you are a girl, don't feel shocked,

my best moment was when you called me best friend.

I enjoyed all happy moments with you,

I can't say we were sad together,

its just because when I am with you,

sadness doesn't gets a chance there.

It doesn't means that you make me happy,

actually I make you smile,

no, really on the serious note, when u are there,

joy and happiness fills my life.

Corners actually are more comforting,

as they provide support from two sides out of four,

when I am there with you, I don't need any corner,

because you surround me from all sides, even in deep shore.

I can't see any point of sadness,

as you are there to make me hide,

I actually love it when you hug me tightly,

that makes me feel you are there on my side.
