Feelings Of A Ship

I have been stuck in a void,

All the crew-mates now me avoid.

At a time riding on we was a charm,

They claimed that I was immortal to every harm.

I was tattoo engraved on every sea men's chest,

My dignity was famous in every direction be it north, south, east or west.

I was a ship which led the battle to win,

Was treated as the king of kings.

Oh! Then came an unfortunate day,

Struck by a canon in the middle of battle I lay.

All my on boarder didn't even had the grace too look on me,

Jumped in rescue boat and left me drowning in the sea.

I was every captain’s best mate,

Drowning in the sea should not be my fate.

I was made to be sail up and high

Even sailing on the sea I would touch the sky.

This heave mast on started to rot,

Now how can I fill the battle ship slot?

Every other one I would meet would be built best and fine.

No way, I can compete with this devastated equipment of mine.

If only I can find a captain so wise,

That helps me up to make me rise.

'Cos, I want to prove this world my worth,

I'm not a mere ship you can leave in Earth.

I know maybe my dreams wouldn't come true,

But still through these lines I conveyed my thoughts to you.

If I again got a chance, I would sail up and high

Even sailing on the sea I would touch the sky.

So, remember if I arrived the sea would get tremors and it will hail,

Because I was mighty ship to sail, I will prevail.
