Dream's Dream

In the dark and silent night

A dream came to me, 

Came close to me,.

And said, 

"What do you want to dream,

 A wonderland or chocolate cream!"

I had read a sci-fi before sleep.

My senses were running deep.

Instead of asking a wish, 

I took hold of his forehead to kiss!

Finally, I asked the curious question, 

" What is your dream, dream?"

By listening those words, dream became dim.

Tears came to the eyes brim.

Said he, "I forget my dream 

So you can peacefully dream"
