DOCTOR AND NURSE

One was a Doctor. One was a Nurse.

But both were together.

Their relationships matured and the patients were cured.

Patients poured in just as monsoon set in.

Supporting each other was the best thing that they could do together.

After April came May and the operating room was in dismay.

Patients died but they (did not ) cried. Much more patients lay in line and they were ( not) fine.

Birthdays went by, anniversaries came.

Both got infected, but in a month got rehabilitated.

It was time for celebration,

But both had individual commissions.
