David - The Detective

David - The Detective

There once was a cat, Oliver was his name

he was the master of crime, he had earned quite a fame

He was the fear of the police, dreaded by people

For they had not seen any thief so skillful

But there was one who Oliver feared

whose tales of daring were often heard

He was none other than David the Dog

A detective so clever, that no thief could escape

he would travel on a bike, wearing his cape

He chased down Oliver , through deserts and islands

Until at last, he cornered him in Ireland

Oliver put up a fight, which he lost quite bad

But of course, the whole country was glad

that a thief so mischievous, whose works were too vicious

after a search long and vast, was chased down at last

the world is now quiet, peace is now back

everyone sleeps in calm, there will be no attack
