Ever confused it

With DATE?

The Arabian Dates of Kabuliwala!

Again, mixed up 

With DATE?

A romantic evening, 

Holding bae's hand!

However, Date kept confusing me...

The Date I Ate up

Long back ago!

Left school, entered college.

Misconcepted with, 'College means Knowledge '!

The College's Time-Table,

Became the culprit,

Which Ate up my so called, "Date"!

Throughout the year,

Date played side roles

On normal days.

During Exam Seasons,

Date mattered the most?

Not for exams

But, for strikes and elections!!!

Elections over on Date,

Exams started on Date!

Enjoyed shower of Kabuliwala's Date,

Reason behind was Calcium.

Exam time means

Intake of lots of minerals.

And,

Dates was the Most Wanted one...

After college hour,

Date with bae,

Holding hands 

And

Roaming around the playground or lawn!

On serious days...

We remember the DATE,

printed on Calendars.

Rest days...

Blank side of calendar, 

Brings peace to eyes!

Lots of Dates except the Date,

To be noted and remembered exactly!
