How's wakin' up after chaotic nights?

Stress and nightmares still alive.

Blank mind, puffy eyes, pale face...

dizziness all around.

The first struggle of the day,

is coming out of bed.

Tingling feet on the ground.

The world feels upside down.

Gazing swollen face in the mirror,

I wipe the traces of tears.

Lifting all the stress, my headaches.

A warm cup of tea, that's what it craves.

Teagasm heals, teagasm push.

Holding the cup, I rejuvenate.

All my dizziness vanish, and I feel alive.

The strong aura of tea, calm my senses.

"Well, what it takes to start a day?"

Taking the last sip, I question myself

Chuckling I answer myself

"Courage to come out of bed and a cup of tea."
